This Wellness Information Consent explains, in plain language, what our Dosha Assessment and wellness recommendations are, what they are not, and what you’re agreeing to by using them. Please read it before you begin. It works together with — and does not replace — our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. What This Is
Vedic Promise’s Dosha Assessment, and any wellness content or formulas it points you toward, are educational tools built on traditional Ayurvedic concepts and, where we say so, published research on specific herbs and ingredients. Wherever we make a claim about an herb, we link to the actual source so you can read it yourself and judge it. The assessment itself only asks about your general constitution, habits, and preferences — never about diagnosed conditions, medications, or symptoms.
2. What This Is Not
- Not a medical diagnosis. We are not doctors, and nothing on this Site diagnoses any disease or condition.
- Not medical advice, treatment, or a prescription. Nothing here replaces a visit to a licensed healthcare professional.
- Not evaluated by the FDA. Statements about herbs and formulas on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- No doctor-patient relationship is created by taking this assessment, reading our content, or receiving a formula recommendation.
3. Your Consent and Responsibility
By taking this assessment, you’re confirming that you understand it is educational, and that any decision to try an herb, formula, or lifestyle change based on what you see here is yours alone to make. We do our best to research honestly — including telling you plainly when evidence for something is weak, mixed, or missing — but we cannot know your personal medical history, and we are not in a position to evaluate your individual risk factors.
Please talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new herb or supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a diagnosed medical condition, take prescription medication (herbs can interact with medications), or are considering giving anything to a child. 4. What We Do With Your Assessment Answers
Your answers are used to generate your Ayurvedic profile and to show you relevant wellness content and formulas — nothing more. We handle this information the same way we handle anything else you share with us; see our Privacy Policy for the full details. You can retake the assessment any time, and your answers don’t create any ongoing record with, or obligation to, a healthcare provider.
5. Voluntary and Ongoing Consent
Taking this assessment is entirely optional. You can stop at any point without finishing it, and you’re free to disagree with or set aside any result. Continuing to use the assessment and any formulas we point you to means you continue to agree to this Consent, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
