Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories, including PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $50
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location, using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account and visiting My Account > Orders.
Delays and Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if we’re aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help make it right with a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us right away—we can only make changes before the order ships.
