Force Majeure includes:

12.2 Address Accuracy
Your Responsibility:
- Provide complete, accurate shipping address
- Include landmark and contact number
- Ensure someone available to receive
- Update address if you move
We’re Not Liable For:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer
- Packages delivered to address you specified
- Failed deliveries due to your unavailability
Correction Fees:
- Address change after shipment: ₹99
- Reshipment after RTO: ₹99-₹199
12.3 Signature and Acceptance
By accepting delivery, you acknowledge:
- Package exterior was in acceptable condition
- You received the correct order
- Inspection within 48 hours is your responsibility
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours
