You may request a refund or store credit within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
- For Unopened Products: If you have changed your mind, you may return any unopened product in its original, sealed condition for a full refund to your original payment method.
- For Opened Products: We believe in our products and want you to be able to try them. If you have used a product and are unsatisfied (e.g., it didn’t agree with you or didn’t meet your expectations), please contact us. We will ask for your feedback and, upon approval, will issue a full refund or store credit.
- Please Note: This money-back guarantee applies to your first-time purchase of any single product. We cannot accept returns for the same product more than once.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: Please email us at
support@mail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Your Details: In your email, please include your Order Number and the reason for your return. (Your feedback is invaluable to us).
- Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
Important: Please do not send back any items without contacting us and receiving an RMA number. We cannot process refunds for items returned without authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Vedic Promise will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. This can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.
