A: 2-4 business days for metro cities, 4-7 days for other areas, 7-10 days for remote locations. Express delivery (next-day) available in select cities for ₹199.

Q2: Is shipping free?

A: Yes, free on all orders over ₹999. Orders under ₹999 have flat ₹99 shipping charge.

Q3: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not currently. We ship within India only. International shipping coming in 2025.

Q4: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Tracking number sent via email when order ships. Track via our website, email link, or courier website.

Q5: What if I’m not home for delivery?

A: Courier attempts delivery 2-3 times. You can request safe drop, reschedule, or pick up from courier office.

Q6: Do you deliver on Sundays?

A: No. No processing or delivery on Sundays and national holidays.

Q7: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

A: Yes, but only before shipment. Contact us immediately. Address correction fee ₹99 if already shipped.

Q8: Is Cash on Delivery available?

A: Yes, for orders between ₹50-₹5,000. COD handling fee ₹50 applies.

Q9: What if my package is damaged?

A: Refuse delivery if possible, or report within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send replacement or full refund immediately.

Q10: How do I know if my PIN code is serviceable?

A: Enter PIN code at checkout. You’ll be notified if not serviceable. Most of India is covered.

Q11: Can I expedite my order?

A: Yes, select Express Delivery at checkout (₹199) for next-day or 2-day delivery in select cities.

Q12: What if my order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

12.2 Address Accuracy

Your Responsibility:

Correction Fees:
